An extra-large 4" x 10" spa dish in reclaimed red alder — big enough for three or four bars, a row of bottles, or a full product display. It works as a roomy shower tray and just as easily as a luxe gift tray for showing off your bars.
Reclaimed red alder
Each dish is cut from edge trims left over from other woodworking — material that would otherwise have been scrapped or burned. Red alder is lightweight but durable, water-resistant, and won't bleed pigment, with a warm red grain reminiscent of cherry. Every tray is hand-sanded twice for soft, rounded-over edges and a smooth top surface, and is built to last upwards of ten years with care.
