How to Use

For general soaking, add 2 cups to a warm (not hot) bath and soak up to 20 minutes. For minor sprains, dissolve 1 cup in about a gallon of warm water and soak 30–45 minutes. To exfoliate, massage a handful into damp skin after soaking.
